I'm sorry you had to encounter this person. I just had a look at the transcripts and they're awful.

You handled it exactly right and kudos to you for carrying on with professionalism.

Since we do have the IP, we may be able to trace. I'll check on what we can do about that.

Hello everyone,

 I encountered a rather foul-mouthed individual between five and  six 

o'clock this evening. He/she began the session requesting biographical information about Louis Riel. After demanding the information, the person adopted some pretty colourful language. I closed the session tab, but the person returned.

 Although fairly rare, I thought I'd pass along the information  in 

case the person decides to reappear at another time of day.
