The time has come for nominations for the GSA's annual award for Excellence in Teaching. Graduate students are invited to submit nominations of their advisors, lab supervisors or other professors in their department who have demonstrated a commitment to the teaching profession, a dedication to knowledge and an understanding and accommodation of student needs.
Nominations must include: 1. a nomination form (available at the GSA Office) 2. the nominee's Curriculum Vitae 3. a list of the courses the nominee has taught 4. a list of the graduate student advisory committees the nominee is a member.
Nominees must be active in Graduate Studies, have been members of the Faculty of Graduate Studies for at least 2 years and must be teaching graduate level courses at the time of the nomination.
Nominations are due by March 30th at the GSA Office.
