Please be advised that there appears to be intermittent connectivity issues with the UM Plan application, and the service provider is currently working on the issue.
If you receive the following notification when attempting to login to the application, please close and reopen your browser and re-try to login to UM Plan. [cid:image001.png@01D9EAD4.E7A18970]
Updates will be provided when additional information is supplied by the Service provider.
