Hi everyone,
I'm attaching drafts of the two emails regarding subsidies we discussed yesterday. Page 1 is the one to the panel participants and Page 2 is the one to the roundtable speakers. Let me know if I remembered everything, or you spot any potential issues. When they're ready, Paul can send them out to the two separate email lists he's created.
