Hello colleagues,
If your gardens have been bountiful this year, and you are looking for ways to use your fresh vegetables….look no further! The UM Foodbank would appreciate your support.
Please feel free to drop off your garden veggies to the Foodbank Monday through Friday (located in room 518 UMSU University Centre). We are open 10-4 daily, but ideally, if you can drop off donations in the morning we can circulate them to our students before the end of the day!
We will gladly accept items that can sustain shelf storage for 2-3 days (for example, onions, potatoes, tomatoes, carrots, cucumbers). Please ensure they are in good shape for our students.
With much appreciation in advance….
Jane
