Hello everyone, As of February 2, the legacy Advisor Transcript pages in SSB8 were retired and replaced with Argos‑based Academic History reports. All previous views and data elements were recreated, with the added benefit that pre‑September 2006 legacy data is now included in the Academic History (Unofficial Transcript) report, providing a more complete student record in a single report. This change was required as SSB8 is no longer vendor‑supported and poses security, accessibility, and operational risks. Moving to Argos aligns with UM’s supported Banner architecture and provides a more secure and sustainable reporting solution. We are aware of feedback related to additional navigation steps, report load times, and the need to download PDFs. We are managing the transition period and supporting end-users in various ways. All concerns and reported issues are being reviewed, and we will continue to look for opportunities to streamline and improve the user experience. Several changes are currently in progress and others continue to be investigated. Enhancements currently in Progress:
* Reviewing the font and shading to improve usability and accessibility * Moving the Academic History reports out of the nested "Student Reports" section of Argos to a new section of their own to reduce navigational clicks.
[cid:8dabc0a2-0abb-44fb-91f6-63aab19d5f7b] Direct Links from Student Profile: To provide direct links to each of the Academic History Reports from the Student Profile, we had to utilize an older version of Argos. As a result, the appearance of these links may differ slightly, but rest assured, the reports operate in the same manner. We are currently reviewing this and collecting feedback. Complete the feedback survey: Now that these changes have been in place for several weeks, we are seeking additional feedback on your experience using the new reports. Please take a few minutes to complete this surveyhttps://forms.office.com/Pages/ResponsePage.aspx?id=C92AT4wzTE6KFJBEaWL3uJhwe_shAZREnhXlwRbJ8BpUMEVLMlRZRTFOUlpHQ1dYUU1RVTk5TFhSVi4u to share your thoughts and help us prioritize issues. The survey will remain open until March 9th. Need Help?
