2025–2026 First Year Planning Guide Now Available

Good morning,
We are pleased to announce that the First Year Centre has completed updates to the 2025–2026 First Year Planning Guidehttps://issuu.com/firstyearcentre/docs/fypg?fr=sZGJmMjYxMDM4MzM (FYPG). In collaboration with our faculty partners and the Admissions office, we have worked together to create a user-friendly resource for newly admitted students as they navigate course selection, timetabling, and registration. All incoming direct entry students will be directed to the online guide prior to registration through emails sent by our Recruitment team. They will also be invited to attend the Get Ready to Registerhttps://umanitoba.ca/current-students/first-year/planning#get-ready-to-register series, where they’ll learn how to use the Guide to plan and register for their first year courses. Please feel free to share this resource with students as they prepare for course registration. The Guide is available in both interactive and PDF formats at: 🔗 https://umanitoba.ca/current-students/first-year/planning If the 2024–2025 version appears in your browser, please refresh the page or clear your cache. Please forward this message to any staff (advisors, reception, communications, etc.) who support first-year students. If you have any questions about the FYPG, feel free to connect with any member of the First Year Centre team. Best,
Ramona
