[UofM notice] UM EMERG - Building utility failure - Loss of power at Isbister, Fletcher Argue, and Tier Buildings.

Physical Plant has been working to restore power to Isbister, Tier, and Fletcher Argue.

It is now estimated that the buildings will have restored power by 12:00 noon on Friday September 3,2010. Building will remain closed until power is restored.
