As a result, some student services are affected including the Registrar's Office and all other services housed in UMSU University Centrehttp://umanitoba.ca/campus/uc.html. This outage is also affecting Telephone and Network Services across campus. Physical Plant technicians are working to resolve the issue and expect power to be restored to all buildings by the end of the day.
