The University of Manitoba will be testing its outdoor emergency notification system today, Wednesday, September 18, 2013. This will include a voice test and a sound test that will last approximately three minutes. The test will happen between 12 noon and 1:00 p.m. and will be heard from three siren towers located near the Welcome Centre, Parker Building and Federal Agriculture Building. The broadcasts from these three towers will likely be heard by those on or near the Fort Garry campus.
