Information Services & Technology is required to perform maintenance on the telephone system on March 2nd.

This maintenance will impact all telephone services on both campuses.

From 9 P.M until 11 P.M. the phone services that will be impacted are:

No 911 service from a university phone No 555 service No local calls No long distance calls No voicemail service No internal calls on campus

Code blue stations will not work during this time. Panic alarms will have periodic outages between 9 P.M. until 3 A.M. Elevator Emergency phone service will be out from 9 P.M. until 11P.M.

IP Telephone sets will be unavailable until 3:00 a.m. on March 3. IP telephones are usually connected to the faceplate with a blue patch cord.

In the case of an emergency please call 911 from a CELLULAR phone. For non-emergency assistance please call University of Manitoba Security at 269-3363 from a CELLULAR phone

Telephone services within the student residence rooms will not be impacted by this outage.
