Apple just sent me the following message regarding the return of levies on Canadian iPod purchases. See the details and site link below.

"Customers who purchased an iPod or iPod mini between December 13, 2003, and December 21, 2004, may be eligible for a refund of the Canadian Private Copying levy that was applied to the iPod purchase price. Refer customers to www.apple.ca/ipodlevyrefund for information and to request a refund."

Refund disbursements do not involve the BookStore, therefore please direct all inquiries to Apple Canada.
