*[ This is brand new (released October 2013) and possibly very helpful. Figured I would pass it on,I have never seen anything quite like it: a candy jar of available tools with rough costs. Very readable and clear. Lays it all out. Note that it is an American publication (so for linear facilities, things are quoted per mile; divide costs by 0.62 to get a per km cost).
