[At-network] Bike lane blues: why don’t businesses want a £30m cycle-friendly upgrade?

Informative article about business opposition to bike lanes/active transport in the London borough of Enfield. An interesting statistic (on a side graph) is that as of 2011 only 0.9 % of commuters cycle to work in Enfield, while the London average is 2.5 %.
