If you haven't had a chance to try out the new bike lanes on Hargrave, here are a few pics courtesy of Kevin Nixon, City of Winnipeg. These bike lanes are part of the 2008 AT Action Plan and will eventually include Fort and Garry as well as Carlton and Hargrave.
