In October 2019, Green Action Centre partnered with the Downtown Winnipeg BIZ to bring Dr. Donald Shoup http://www.shoupdogg.com/ to Winnipeg for *Parking And The City*. This two-day event had the goal of bringing planners, developers, parking managers, city councilors, stakeholders and citizens together to hear from one of the world’s leading experts in parking. Those in attendance had the opportunity to learn, debate and envision how changes to our management of parking could transform our cities.
