D3.4 Pedestrian and Cycling Facilities (a) Extension of the Northeast Pioneer’s pathway south to the Archibald Street Underpass is planned in the near future, thus a preliminary design study is needed to examine the extension of this pathway, and connection to a widened sidewalk under the underpass. (b) Detailed design will be limited to provision of the pathway in the vicinity of the underpass, including ramps, stairs, or other similar structures as may be required to transition the sidewalk from the underpass up to the future location of the proposed pathway extension
