SOCIAL HIERARCHY: AN AGENTIC-COMMUNAL MODEL
In this talk, the role of social hierarchy in shaping consumer behaviour and action is examined. It is proposed that a good portion of the effects of social hierarchy on behaviour can be understood through the lens of agentic versus communal orientations.
