The University of the Arctic President, Dr. Lars Kullerud, Vice- President (Administration), Ms. Outi Snellman, and university associates from Canada and Scandinavia invite you to attend a public presentation and open discussion forum on the University of Manitoba's involvement in the University of the Arctic
