Discussions and motions to include in our board agenda

Hi all,
I will be sending you the agenda for our board meeting in the next day or two. I wanted to ask sub committees if, in addition to 10 minutes for your report, you needed any time for the introduction and discussions of a motion or feedback on any board related work. If so, I will add this to the agenda.
Please let me know. Thank you, Fenton
