If you're looking for a friendly place to meet community on campus who care about the same issues you do, bring your lunch and come ready to discuss the issues of the day. Last month, students, staff, and faculty discussed mutual aid organizing on campus; the role of faith in social justice work; and how fundraising can help and hinder student organizing.

From 12 – 1:30pm on the last* Tuesday of the month, bring your lunch and questions, and join us for lightly facilitated conversations. These drop-in events bring together UM students, staff, and faculty to process the political moment, learn about social justice issues, workshop ideas for projects or initiatives, and meet people to collaborate with. Fall Schedule: Sept 23* Oct 28 Nov 25 Dec 16* *Earlier dates to accommodate National Day for Truth and Reconciliation and Winter Term Break. Location and Accessibility: Masks will be provided and air purifiers will be running. One room will be designated as mask-on, and all participants are asked to wear a well-fitting respirator when not eating.
