A Post Doc opportunity

Good Morning.
As valued alumni of the graduate programs in Community Health Sciences, the attached opportunity for a Post Doc Research Fellowship is being shared.
Drs Choukou and Halas are seeking highly motivated Postdoctoral Research Fellow(s) to immediately join an innovative collaborative research project focused on developing technology-driven digital health solutions to support seamless transitional care for older adults in Manitoba's Hospital-to-Home (H2H) program. This opportunity is funded by the Mitacs Accelerate Program in partnership with the Canadian Red Cross. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis until the position is filled. Early application is encouraged. We're looking to fill this role as soon as possible and the start date is flexible.
