A Couple of Notes Before Tomorrow’s First Clinic Session
Good morning DH3,
I hope your schedule is coming together smoothly and that you are feeling excited as you get ready to see your first patient as a DH3 student tomorrow.
Ahead of tomorrow’s session, I wanted to share two quick notes:
1. Remote Requests: I am not able to approve requests by email due to the high volume I receive. Please make sure all instructor approvals happen during your allotted clinic or virtual clinic sessions. This includes any disposition requests. If you sent me an email with disposition requests last week, please try to find time during an upcoming clinic or virtual clinic session. Thank you for your understanding.
1. Instructor Workspace in Clinic: This year, the clinic will be running at capacity for most sessions, so there will not be designated don/doff instructor units for the instructors to complete their notes. To help instructors complete their documentation, please keep the area circled in the image below clear of instruments and supplies so they have space for their iPad or laptop.

Thank you for your attention to these details. I am looking forward to seeing you in clinic and watching you begin your DH3 journey with your first patient.
