Good afternoon D1 and DH2 Students, 1st Year Residents, and 1st Year PhD Students,

Responses from a survey are being sought by the Office of Equity, Access & Participation, Rady Faculty of Health Sciences.

Although submission of this survey is voluntary, it would be greatly appreciated if you could do so, otherwise relevant data for Dentistry will not be available.

The survey should take approximately 5 minutes. The deadline for submission has been extended to 12 noon Thursday February 26, 2026.

The purpose of this survey is to better understand the diversity within our learner population. The information collected will help inform our efforts related to learner recruitment and retention, and will support the ongoing enhancement of the educational environment.
