As part of the Rady Faculty of Health Sciences' commitment to fostering safe, respectful, and supportive working and learning environments where everyone is encouraged to excel, you are invited to complete the Rady Learner Equity, Access, and Participation Diversity Survey 2025-2026.

Your participation is important to us. The purpose of this survey is to better understand the diversity within our learner population. The information collected will help inform our efforts related to learner recruitment and retention, and will support the ongoing enhancement of the educational environment.
