Dental hygiene and dental students, The good news is that you have all been doing a great job at using the OHAF funds to support patient care and your learning. You are making a tremendous impact on the oral health of many people within our community that otherwise would not have received care. We are now at a point where the OHAF fund is depleting rapidly, and I am no longer able to approve any further OHAF patient funding requests until we have more information. I have overcommitted the OHAF funds with the expectation that not all of the treatment would ultimately be completed. We now need to know what treatment that has been approved will not be moving forward so that we can have a clearer financial view of what monies we have remaining until 31 March. This update will help ensure that any committed funds from approved treatment can be redirected to other student requests for funding now. We need to know what treatment that has ALREADY been approved will NOT be proceeding. Please open the link below and follow the directions exactly. Time is critical as there are many students still requesting OHAF funding, review the document and update for each of your patients by Monday 16 Feb 2026 at 4pm. Hello We are trialing an escape room on Wednesday, Feb 25th, 5:30-6:30 PM and hope to have 20 RFHS students join us. Students would be placed in interprofessional teams for the escape room. The escape room, we anticipate, will take about 30 minutes. The teams would then participate in a facilitated debrief immediately following the escape room. Pizza will be served. We aim to put the fun in learning and would really appreciate your input. Please see the attached poster for the QR code to register for the escape room. Registration closes Feb 20th, 2026. This meaning speaks to the connections the students make with the community, each other, and the land and guides the interprofessional and social accountability opportunities within this program for Rady Faculty of Health Sciences. The experiences are all directed by the community partners to provide opportunities for students to learn about their community, its people, and health and well-being. Some of the experiences are anchored in a Sundance ceremony, while others include opportunities to spend time in their nursing stations and health centres. All experiences include land based experiences. Some experiences involve camping with the community while in others, students will stay in cabins on the water (and in some you'll do both!). All communities have road access, however in some scenarios students may fly. All expenses (travel, food, accommodations, ceremonial contributions etc) are covered by the RBC Experiential Learning Travel Fund. Sundances:<https://news.umanitoba.ca/sundances-offer-students-crash-course-in-culture/> For the various sundances, we play important helper roles (picking/preparing medicines, cutting trees, building the lodge, helping the kitchen staff with communal meals, assisting with cleanup). In most cases we camp with the community, however there is an option to commute to the Blacksmith Sundance (near Spruce Woods) or stay in a hotel in The Pas for the Opaskwayak. Ideally students will be available from early Friday morning to help build with lodge and then Saturday and Sunday to support/observe/participate in other ceremonies within the sundance. * Blacksmith Sundance (Spruce Woods): June 11-14, 2026 * Opaskwayak Sundance (OCN/The Pas): July 2-5, 2026 * Shallow Bay Sundance (Grand Rapids): July 9-12, 2026 * York Landing Sundance (York Landing) August 6-9, 2026 * Sakitowin Sundance (Cross Lake/Pimicikamak): August 20-23, 2026 * Two Spirit Sundance (Near Portage): To be confirmed Longer community experiences: There are communities offering one or two-week opportunities: Norway House: Students will have a wholistic opportunity to learn about the community and health and well-being. Students will spend time in the newly built Health Centre of Excellence, in community programing, and in land-based experiences. Expect to spend time on and around the water and to be in ceremony. Students will be in community for the Indigenous Peoples day. Accommodations are a cabin on the water. Priority will be given to students who can attend for 2 weeks, however one week options may be available to accommodate clinical/academic schedules. Grand Rapids: Students will have a wholistic opportunity to learn about the community and health and well-being. Students will spend the first week at the nursing station and with the community health programs. The weekend will spent at the Shallow Bay sundance. Week two is scheduled based on opportunities available and student preference (may involve the nursing station, a land based camp, treaty days etc). Accommodations are a cabin on the water during the week and camping on the weekend. Priority will be given to students who can attend for 2 weeks, however one week options may be available. Tobacco camp (SERDC)<https://serdc.mb.ca/health/commercial-tobacco-reduction-strategy> in the Whiteshell: Students will be helpers at a camp for youth where the focus is to provide smoking cessation strategies, teachings re: traditional uses of tobacco/cultural practices, and harm reduction/health promotion strategies. Youth come from the communities in the South East Region to Brereton Lake in the Whiteshell; students will stay in cabins. Norway House Cree Nation: June 15-26, 2026 Grand Rapids: July 6-17, 2026 Tobacco Camp: August 10-14, 2026 (anticipated, not yet confirmed) Why is this being offered? The RFHS is committed to offering interprofessional education to enhance the provision of integrated care, and is dedicated to actively building and enhancing partnerships to contribute to the communities it serves, including Indigenous Health partnerships, for collaborative care. What costs will be covered? Costs for students' travel, food and accommodations will be covered by the RBC Health Sciences Student Travel Initiative. What is the deadline to apply? The first deadline to apply will be Monday April 6th at which point Lisa will begin confirming matches. The application will continue to stay open as long as spaces remain for students. Where will students stay? How will they get there? Depending on the experience, students will either stay in the professional accommodations at the health centre, a hotel, or a cabin in the area. If attending a sundance it is likely you will camp with the community. Camping equipment is available if needed. Students will either fly or drive to the experience; carpooling will occur where possible. Will students receive credit for this experience? In most cases these experiences do not contribute to a specific course. For UGME students, the experience is approved as an "Early Exposure" if the hour requirement is met. Who can apply? Students enrolled in the health profession programs in any of the five Colleges of the RFHS who have completed at least one term of their program are eligible are prioritized. With each ceremony done, there were many lessons to be learned, but one important lesson was how well the non-pharmacological intervention assisted the Indigenous people in healing and coping with their grief. These ceremonies were beautiful and moving, and I felt honored to be a part of them. The value of such spiritual practice was clear to me and helped show me that there is a great need for our society to support people to look after their own and their community's spiritual wellbeing. This weekend was one of the most memorable experiences I have had throughout my time at the Rady Faculty of Health Sciences. There were many powerful learnings that I would have never experienced inside a classroom nor reading through books. It was evident to me that a sense of belonging in community, language, culture and traditions have a huge role to play in healing. If you are considering this experience but are on the fence, just go for it... this experience has been one of the most valuable to me as a person and professional, as it has given me insight into Indigenous culture, health care in the North, and interprofessional practice that I could not have gotten anywhere else. Susan Petras Connect with Health Profession Students to Explore Oral Health-Health As a health profession student we invite you to participate in a pilot of a novel initiative titled: Team-Based Collaborative Experiential Learning (TBCEL): From Head to Toes The initiative offers a unique opportunity to engage in team-based learning with students from other health disciplines and patients, focusing on the integration of oral and overall health. Though oral health is integral to overall health, it is often underrepresented in non-oral health professional education. This pilot offers you the opportunity to explore the relationship in a collaborative manner with fellow health profession students in an experiential learning practice setting. We hope you join us and help interprofessional education planners gain insights into future opportunities promoting wholistic healthcare. A short information session about the pilot will be held on Monday, Feb 23, 12:15-12:45 PM in Merkley. Endodontic Treatment Guidelines

D3 and D4 students, For teeth planned for endodontic treatment you must have the following information included in your patient notes: Tooth # - percussion sensitivity (Yes/No), apical palpation tenderness (Yes/No), EPT results, cold test results, mobility, any probing depths >3mm, restorable (Yes/No) Then with that information you need to clearly indicate a pulpal and periapical diagnosis for the tooth in question Without data collection and a diagnosis, you should never proceed with endodontic treatment for a tooth (at the college or in private practice). If the treatment is elective endo then you still need to collect and report all data and pulpal and periapical diagnosis, then clearly state why elective endodontic treatment is needed. All endo treatment assignments are managed through the PCCs Elaine and Athena. They must be aware of when you are moving forward with endo treatment on any assigned patient. For all endo co-assignments within D3 and D4 these must be emailed to myself, Elaine and Athena to be reviewed and reassigned. If I do not see the information listed above the case will be on hold until you have properly collected/recorded in the patient chart the necessary pulp vitality testing information and confirmed an endodontic diagnosis. All Students, Welcome back, I hope you all had a great holiday and enjoyed a bit of a break from the college. As we get back into clinic, I would implore you all to refresh your mind on clinic protocols and remember the requirements for the pre-clinical and senior labs to be kept clean. Points to remember as we go into the next term: 1. Insurance pre-authorizations: * You must know the eligibility criteria set out by CDCP, prior to sending a pre-authorization request to your PCC. * Requesting pre-authorizations for patients who do not meet the criteria causes delay in treatment and increases the timeline of all submissions.View Criteria here: https://www.canada.ca/en/services/benefits/dental/dental-care-plan/guide.ht… * Pre-authorization submissions MUST include if the Crown/Denture is an initial placement. If not initial, you must indicate approximately how many years ago the existing was placed. You must provide this information to your PCC/Insurance Coordinator to avoid delaying your pre-authorization. * If you have been notified by a PCC/Insurance Coordinator of any missing information required for pre-authorization, update the PCC/Insurance Coordinator once that information has been obtained (ie: perio chart, x-ray etc) to ensure your pre-authorization is submitted in a timely manner. 2. Axium * Ensure you check your patient in and out. This is not only needed so everyone in the clinic and front desk are aware of patient flow and activity but also for safety reasons incase of a fire or emergency. * You must have a procedure code swiped for each patient's visit. It may take a number of sessions to complete a single procedure code so you are either in processing the same parent code at each appointment until treatment is completed or you are in processing/completing the step codes as appropriate. * Pay attention to the codes and information you are entering into axium. Patient records are legal documents and as such must accurately reflect the treatment provided at each session. * Having gone thru your mini clearance you can hopefully appreciate that keeping your patient documents accurate and up to date makes sense. 3. Hygiene Recall Rotation * For patients who have completed all planned dental care and are assigned to a hygiene student only, ensure these patients have a current (within 12 mos.) recall exam. This can be completed in the hygiene chair by the hygiene recall D4 student. D4 students need to ensure they input a recall exam code into the patient's chart and progress notes. * Remember to send out a general referral for undergrad student assignment and to have the interprofessional note completed at the session. 4. OHAF * For those students who have patients that have been assigned to them from the OHAF outreach program ensure that you contact these patient's immediately to schedule a treatment plan and start on treatment. * OHAF funding ends on 31 March 2026. What does this mean: * CDCP covered patients - any treatment that was pre-authorized by BOTH CDCP and OHAF funding BEFORE 31 March 2026 should be covered * Non CDCP patients - patients who DO NOT have CDCP coverage and were funded for dental treatment by OHAF funding only will NOT be covered for ANY treatment beyond 31 March 2026. All treatment covered by OHAF only patients MUST be completed by 31 March 2026, or it WILL NOT be covered. 5. Screening Patients * Some patients are referred to us from private practice offices. These referrals are for select procedures such as single implants, endo, crowns, and dentures. Sometimes we need to do a "limited" screening for these patients to determine if the referred treatment is within our students' appropriate learning level. This will be booked in the screening chair and will be labelled "LTD TX". * Do NOT do a comprehensive screening for these patients. When we have a limited referral from private practice, we only want to ensure that we are able to complete the specific care referred to us; we do not want to take over the comprehensive care for the patient. You can appreciate that we will lose out on private practice offices referring limited care to the college clinic if we proceed to take over the patient comprehensively. 6. Pediatric Patients * If there is a need to contact a parent/guardian of a pediatric patient, this must be coordinated through the Pediatric PCC at the front desk. Students should not use their personal means of communication to contact parents/guardians of the Pediatric Program Patients. 7. D3 Scanning Rotation * students must use the Emerald S scanners even if the Primescan is functioning. 8. Treatment Plans * If a procedure code is changed you must update the treatment plan. Copy and paste the entire treatment plan, make the corrections and then deactivate the old treatment plan. 9. IPAC * This is not something that you can forget at any point in your career. Make sure you are flushing your lines, washing your hands at all key points, and following all IPAC protocols. Breaches may result in loss of clinic privileges. Take care and have a great 2026. Hello Dentistry students, Attached are your winter term schedules by week and the overall Winter Timetable. Also included is the Dentistry/Dental Hygiene Academic Schedule. Note winter term courses will be available in UM Learn as of January 5th. If access to any fall courses disappears over the next few weeks, please let your instructor know and copy me and Dr. John Perry on the email. There are sometimes some behind the scenes processes that shut down UM Learn automatically and we will ensure that they are up and available for your exam period. After January 5th, please use your schedules in UM Learn as I will not be updating these Excel documents and/or re-circulating them. Note that any exam information included on the weekly schedules is DRAFT and subject to change. Please do not make any travel arrangements until these exam schedules are FINAL. Please also note that you are required to attend clinical clearance at the end of term. Presently, this has been scheduled after the last week of clinics for D4 and the week after exams for D1-3. If there are discrepancies between lecture information entered in UM Learn and your course outline, please confirm with your Course Coordinator. Dental and Dental Hygiene Students: Please review with following updates and reminders: 1. Axium * if you plan an incorrect treatment then you need to copy the treatment plan in its entirety, make the necessary edits/corrections, delete the old treatment plan and have it signed for by the patient. 2. Pre-authorizations * Send an email on OUTLOOK (not axiUm) to your PCC with all information regarding the treatment you need to pre-authorize. * Students must familiarize themselves with the eligibility criteria set out by CDCP, prior to sending a pre-authorization request to your PCC. Requesting pre-authorizations for patients who do not meet the criteria causes delay in treatment and increases the timeline of all submissions. * View Criteria here: https://www.canada.ca/en/services/benefits/dental/dental-care-plan/guide.ht… * Students must indicate if the Crown/Denture is an initial placement. If not initial, you must indicate approximately how many years ago the existing was placed. You must provide this information to your PCC/Insurance Coordinator to avoid delaying your pre-authorization. * If you have been notified by a PCC/Insurance Coordinator of any missing information required for pre-authorization, update the PCC/Insurance Coordinator once that information has been obtained (ie: perio chart, x-ray etc) to ensure your pre-authorization is submitted in a timely manner. 3. Patient check-in/Patient check-out * Before checking out your patient at the front desk, ensure you have obtained a swipe for the treatment code provided during the current clinic session. If not then have your patient have a seat in the waiting room and you must return to clinic to find your instructor and have your procedure codes swiped. * If it takes you multiple appointments to complete a single treatment code, then that treatment code should be entered as in process for each of the sessions until it is completed. Treatment codes can be In processed multiple times and are required to reflect each appointment date that the student continues with the treatment. At each clinical session you must enter a treatment code that reflects care that was provided for that session even if it is incompleted. 4. Treatment plan timings * Dental hygiene students should not be scheduling patients until a comprehensive treatment plan has been completed. Communicate with the assigned dental student to coordinate timings to ensure the treatment plan is completed before you schedule the patient for hygiene care. If this is not possible your options are to have the treatment plan completed by the D4 on Hygiene Recall with you or speak to the front desk PCCs and they will look at scheduling the patient for a treatment plan. 5. Radiology * Ensure you have completed the radiology request form and procedure codes for any planned radiographic images and have this approved before bringing your patient to radiology. All radiology requests must be approved by a dental instructor or for those on DH Recall, by the floor lead. * CBCTs will not be fee waivered if they are for diagnostic purposes. If a CBCT is required to help diagnosis or treatment plan it will not be fee waivered. A CBCT may be considered to be fee waived is if it is needed during endodontic therapy to assess ongoing treatment (determine if student has ledged/perforated, missed a canal). Please discuss the cost of CBCT imaging with your patient prior to imaging. * Generally, all CBCTs on the main clinic floor should be for endodontic purposes only. When working with the endodontist if it is felt that a CBCT is required then this will need to be discussed with the patient (fee vs. payment) and then discussed and approved by the floor lead. * If a CBCT has been completed for any reason the radiographic report must be completed with the endodontist first, then forwarded to Dr. Sunil Mutalik for overall review. Needles for local anaesthesia

There seems to be a bit of a misunderstanding. When you are doing a mandibular block you should always be using long needles. Dispensary has 25 Longs available. You will not get local if the needle does not contact bone. If a short needle breaks it can be a multi hour surgery under general anaesthetic to retrieve it. The patient is unlikely to notice a difference between a 25 and 27 gauge needle and the 25 is less likely to deflect. We are never ever ever getting back together or using short needles for mandibular blocks. The different date has the potential to afford an unfair advantage to a student. The Course Coordinator may, at his/her discretion, choose to alter the format of a re-administered examination to accommodate the above concerns. A re-administered examination may include one or a combination of short answer, essay, or multiple-choice questions, and can be in either oral or written format. Oral Health Access Fund Update

To all, With the recent TV, radio, and social media announcement of the Health Canada grant there has been an onslaught of queries. I would like to review the details involved with this grant. WHO This initiative prioritizes equitable access to dental care for populations facing systemic barrier to dental care. Who can be considered for funding under this grant: * Individuals who have 40% or 60% CDCP coverage - will cover the co-pay amount for Schedule A (see attachment) treatment and for Schedule B (see attachment) treatment that has been pre-approved by Sunlife * Individuals with NO insurance (absolutely NO insurance of any type) who experience barriers to accessing dental care. This could include individuals who are/have: * Newcomers to Canada * Experiencing housing insecurity * Experiencing poverty * Socio-economical barriers to care * Individuals who have met the above criteria and have been pre-screened by the UM Oral Health Community Liaisons team WHAT What treatment can be considered for funding under this grant. * Co-pay amount for 40% and 60% CDCP patients. Schedule A and pre-approved Schedule B treatment. * For non-insured individuals - CDCP Schedule A treatment procedures and Schedule B. Any Schedule B treatment must meet the CDCP criteria to be approved. Refer to the following link to review criterial for selection:https://www.canada.ca/en/services/benefits/dental/dental-care-plan/guide.html#h2.6-1-10 WHERE This grant is targeted at the undergraduate dental and dental hygiene students ONLY. Therefore, ONLY submit approval requests for treatment procedures that will be completed within the Dr. Gerald Niznick College of Dentistry undergraduate main clinic or undergraduate oral surgery clinic by an undergraduate dental or dental hygiene student. WHEN The fund expires on 31 March 2026. ANY treatment that has been approved for OHAF funding that is completed AFTER this date will NOT be covered. Again, if you have treatment that has been approved for OHAF funding, but you do not have that treatment completely finished by 31 March 2026 (i.e final crown inserted, RPD final insertion) then it will NOT be covered. HOW Apply for funding through Axium. Ensure you fill out the HCF form fully and in great detail. There is only 1 form for each patient for both the dental hygiene and dental student to use as needed. If something changes with your request then you must update the form and re-action the form. Indicate in the comments section what has changed. Trenna M. Clinical Updates - 6 October 2025

Dental Hygiene and Dental Students, Updates as follows: 1. For insurance pre-authorizations (CDCP, Blue Cross, NIHB etc.) you must indicate if a planned crown/denture is "Initial Placement". If not the initial placement, the PCCs need to know approximately when the initial was placed in order to submit the pre-authorization. If this detail is not included in the pre-authorization request it will be denied and returned requesting this information. Add these details to EHR notes when treatment planning is most helpful. You can also include the details in your email request for pre-authorization submission. 2. HC FUND Form * If you want to request the Exam and X-rays to be covered, you must include their codes and fees in the HC Form. * You must list all treatment codes, sites and associated cost in the HC Form. It is most helpful to list as follows: * 23 33111 one canal root canal $xxx.xx * 23 27201 ACC crown $xxx.xx * When calculating the Total Cost requested for the HCFUND, include all costs for the listed treatment. If the patient has CDCP coverage, calculate the co-pay amount. * Only treatment included under the CDCP Fee Guide that meets CDCP eligibility criteria and frequency limits is considered. 3. There is a new Screening Template Note to be used in axiUm going forward. Located under D3X5 (3rd year) and D4X5 (4th year). 4. Radiology Request Form - you must close the requisition for radiographs REQ ---> FIN (page 71-73 in axiUm orientation manual) 5. Ensure you are checking in and checking out your patients when seated and dismissed- it is students responsibility to do so as they are in constant communication with their patient, as well as for safety reasons (mentioned in Patient Management Orientation). Part time instructors have mentioned this helps them monitor which students to check in with first. And this is mandatory in case of a fire drill all people must be accounted for and we use axium to track this. 6. Students are not allowed to delete treatment that is put in EHR. A patient's chart is a legal documentation - correct process is to submit correction card for it. (page 74 in axiUm orientation manual and page 36 in Patient Management Orientation) 7. Students are coming into PCCs windows with their masks under their chin. They touch their masks many times when by the window. Masks should be removed before exiting the unit followed by hand sanitizing. PCCs will be noting when students come to the front desk with masks on and breaches will be followed up. 8. To all dental and dental hygiene students: Updates for clinical activities: 1. Infection prevention and control guidelines are not suggestions, they are mandatory. I have indicated to all clinical staff to write IPAC breaches and submit them to me for review. If at any point, a student has a major breach or repeated minor breaches there is the potential for clinical activities to be limited for that student while IPAC remediation occurs. * the college follows the Manitoba Dental Association IPAC mandated policies and protocols. Accepting these guidelines and incorporating them into your workflow will be essential for your entire career * Wash your hands 2. Government of Canada Fund Request * Check your axium fund request forms. If the form has not yet been approved, you will need to review & update as the form has been modified and requires more detailed information * We added clarity to the questions that need to be answered/confirmed by the patient * The form has been divided so that both DH & Dental Students can add/update their own treatment plans/procedure codes and amounts for the same patient. Any changes, additions, modifications can be done but then you must resubmit the form to Associate Dean for review * Anytime they update a tx plan or amount, you need to resubmit the form to the Associate Dean indicating there has been a change and get it approved * Include all treatment costs - do not forget to add in xrays & exams on the fund request * Notify your PCC when treatment is completed so that the funding can be applied * Students all have access to view all of the tabs so you can verify the status of your requests Have a great week. * Trenna M. To all dental hygiene and dental students, We are now in full swing with clinical operations. It has been a busy week getting back to seeing patients and remembering how to use axiUm. A few points to pass along for next week in order to improve and streamline your clinical experience. 1. Students must inquire about government insurance coverage, prior to booking the patient. They should inquire with their designated PCC or if they are not available, inquire with another PCC or Katalina Munoz - Insurance Coordinator. Students must know what coverage a patient has BEFORE booking the patient. 2. When contacting patients, leave 1 week between each contact attempt to allow the patient to return your call and update the contact notes with all communication. You can request to have a patient dispositioned from your patient list only after you have attempted to contact your patient over a 3 week period (1x/week) and have this properly documented in patient contact notes. 3. Please try to refrain from coming to the window to make inquiries with your designated PCC. An email or axiUm message is preferred. If necessary, send as high importance. During certain times of the day the PCCs must focus on assigned tasks and patients. An email will be most efficient. 4. Radiology Request Forms must include the student's name that is requesting the radiographs. 5. OHAF/ HC FUND - Apply for patients who do not have Private Insurance or are 40% or 60% covered with CDCP Insurance. 6. Ensure at the end of each day you are following IPAC protocols in cleaning and disinfecting your operatory including cleaning the trap on the chair you are using. Have a great week ahead. Trenna M. Please bring a non-dental related book for when you are on the radiology section as you will be waiting around for a significant amount of time. 3. Use your PRACTICE axium chart to capture the radiographs. 4. We will have to collect cell phones once you are logged into UMLearn for the didactic portion. If you get logged out, let one of the invigilators know, and they will help you retrieve your phone to log back in. Photography/Digital Scanning Session (Aug 27, 2025 PM) 1. All Kilgore typodonts must be mounted for the session itself. The only time you can dismount it is to complete your self-evaluation. 5. Message from Dr. Chris Christodoulou, Interim President and CEO of Shared Health Critical discussions with multiple partners to address the safety concerns surrounding Health Sciences Centre continue. The safety of our staff, patients, and visitors is paramount, and we have a shared responsibility of ensuring a safe and supportive environment for everyone who walks through our doors. As we move forward, we recognize that the most meaningful progress will come from working together, uniting our voices and expertise. We must listen carefully to one another and, most importantly, honour the lived experiences of those who are on the frontlines at our facilities who have witnessed firsthand the impacts of the current challenges. We do not take this situation lightly. The road ahead may be complex, but I believe by collaborating and fostering an environment of openness and respect, we can drive the positive change needed to improve the safety and well-being of everyone at Health Sciences Centre. This is why I would like to invite you to be part of this ongoing dialogue. Your insights, concerns, and ideas are invaluable as we work together to chart a successful path forward. Senior Lab Cleaning Schedule

Hello D3/D4’s, The Senior lab is each of your responsibility to keep clean we ask that you all respect each other and the faculty and keep it in a respectable order. When you use a workspace, you are to change the bench paper, put the rheostat up on the counter and push the chair in under the counter. Make sure that you have put away all supplies that you take out. Jenna will be stocking the lab Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, but it is not her responsibility to clean up after the students. Please find attached a schedule where each of you are assigned 2 separate weeks of cleaning, pay attention to what area you are responsible for in that week. This schedule is also posted around Senior Lab. Staff are instructed to report to Dr. Reeve if the lab is left in unsatisfactory condition, and if it happens to be your lab cleaning week you will be responsible. Cleaning supplies, like toothbrushes, scrubbies etc. can be found in the container on the shelf and the cleaning supplies, like dish soap etc. are under the sink in the north lab and in the cupboard in the south lab.
