You have all been added to the Dent 3 Clearance TEAM where you can find all the documents.

Below are some quick reminders:

* 2025 Mini Winter Clearance Date: * Thursday December 11th * Sign-Up Sheets can be located on TEAMS & will be locked on December 5 at 12:00 PM * When you add your name to the sign-up sheets, please use your full name (first & last name) * Review all your patients & complete all outstanding items before clearance * Radiology reports, Oral Pathology reports, correction cards & fee waivers must be reviewed and swiped prior to your appointment * All Pediatric radiology reports need to be completed and approved with a Pediatric instructor. * Any instructor swipes needed should be completed before your appointments * Correction Cards must be submitted by December 1, 2025 * All Dispensary loaned items must be returned to Dispensary by December 4th before 12:00 pm. After this date and time, the student can keep the item(s) and it will be charged to the student axiUm account. * Be on time for your appointments * If an appointment is missed or you are late more than 5 minutes, the appointment will be rescheduled between Dec 15-19th and can only be rescheduled by contacting Dr T Reeve directly. * Student Account Balances will be sent to you shortly. If you have a balance owing to your account, please pay at reception before your appointment. * Account Balance appointment with Michelle Oshanyk is your last appointment once everything else has been completed
