Dear Colleague,
I would like to invite you to a free web workshop that I am organizing on modeling acoustic-structure interaction with COMSOL Multiphysics(r) simulation software. The live online presentation will be held Thursday, June 22, 2017, from 10 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. EDT.
During this web workshop, we will discuss: - Modeling acoustic pressure waves in fluids and how they interact with surrounding structures, resulting in vibrations in deformable solids and absorption in porous materials - Different types of acoustic-structure interaction, including acoustic-piezoelectric interaction, poroelastic waves, acoustic-shell interaction, and thermoviscous acoustics with applications in muffler design, transducer design, loudspeakers, and more - Setting up an acoustic-structure interaction problem in COMSOL Multiphysics(r)
