[EpiData-list] EpiDat EntryClient update v4.0.1.44

Due to a reported bug in EpiData EntryClient 4.0.0.43 we have uploaded a new version today.

This version fixes a bug where automatic variables (Date, Time and Autoincrement) were not correctly updated when creating a new observation.
