[EpiData-list] Access violation

Hello,

I created a data entry system for a project which includes five relational databases.

When we open EpiData and choose "enter data" all of the screens open, but we get the following message:

Access violation at address 00464077. Write of address 0000000C

I will appreciate any help I can get on this issue.
