I had no problem getting the data set. It’s your gsocialchangesite that I can’t see.
We apply fixes regularly, but are still working to get more automated for releases.

That's very odd that a paid app is needed to access the data. I don't know why. However, I just uploaded the data to here too. You have to scroll down a bit on the page to get to the data set rather than a pdf.
