Use EpiC, which you can download from the epidata website. EpiC let's you send commands to EpiData. It's all explained in the documentation. You can set up a sequence of commands in a file and get Windows to run them whenever you want.

Is there a way to run append/merge commands in an automatic way? I mean not running them through epidata menu.
