[EpiData-list] Link updata to learning/teaching material in portuguese

Recently, I realized that the web adress to the Epidata Entry learning/teaching material in Portuguese changed. Therefore, the link right beside the Epidata entry portuguese file download is broken. Ther correct link from now on is:
