[EpiData-list] value labels list in Add/Revise checks

Dear Epidata listers

I am new to Epidata, my query is this:

In Add/Revise checks, the list box lists only the first (alphabetically) five value labels, and [none]. I can't scroll in this list to select from the other value labels. How do I select other value labels?
