[EpiData-list] "error building data form..."

Dear All,

Any experiences with getting the error message "error building data form..." when opening a rec file? I have rec files sent to me from different database locations and this is the first time I have had a problem opening a rec file for this database.

Any suggestions?  Many thanks, Louise
