[EpiData-list] what are the command-line capabilities of the latest version of EpiData?

On the website is read about EpiC, but I get the sense that applies only to Classic, although perhaps I misunderstand.

Using the epx-based modern version, can I write code or issue commands that will, e.g., export, import, append, and so on?
