Thanks for your response. No error message, but when clicking on the installation package links, nothing opens. I first tried on my university PC, and then when that didn’t work tried on non-university laptops (one Mac and one Lenovo). Turned off pop-up blockers and still can’t get any of these links to open.

What error are you getting? The installation files are all there and available. Have you tried from home or are you going through a university or corporate account that might have restrictions? Jamie
A colleague and I want to use EpiData but we are having trouble downloading from the website, on both Mac and PC. Has anyone else had trouble? Thanks! Katie Edler
