[EpiData-list] Updated EpiData Manager and EntryClient v4

Dear all.

A few visual bug were indentified in the last week that have been corrected in todays update:

* A panel with a beta warning was incorrectly shown in both programs after closing an open project. * Both programs incorrectly had "[TRUNK]" in the title bar.
