[EpiData-list] Can you help me

Dear all I am a user of epidata software since 2012 so now I want to add some questions to my questionaire when a add it when I reverse the data to my rec file it tells me that once I will reverse the data it loose some data to my database so what can I do so that I can edit and add some question to my questionare without any loose of data to my database.
