Both: * Fixed potential bug where opening file as parameter would fail. * Fixed bug where reading empty file would cause A/V * New shortcut for restoring default window postion: * - Ctrl + Shift + 0 (Windows & Linux) * - CMD + Shift + 0 (MAC)

Manager: * All New Export form: * - Export multiple dataforms at the same time * - Export EPX as either new single project OR as individual projects. * Windows + Mac: Double clicking a field/heading/section opens the properties form. * NEW: Import Stata 13 + Stata 14 (No export yet) * Variuos minor bug-fixes
