Epidata list members may be interested to know that Epidata is featured in a new MOOC (Massive Open On-line course) soon to be offered as part of the by Peking University. It is called Using Software apps in epidemiological research.

For those who are not familiar with MOOCS they are free on line courses, often offered by top universities and usually made up of videos, short quizzes and on-line discussion groups. They can have very large enrollment numbers.

I enjoy MOOCs and have taken eight or nine already, but I can't do this one as it is in Chinese. Perhaps chinese speaking list members could try it. Here is a link.
