RE: EpiData-list Digest, Vol 118, Issue 4
Jamie, thank you very much indeed. I have to say that the fields are within a section and that after aligning them it doesn't work as I want. Though epidata doesn't recommended it, I will have to use the mouse to go from field to field in the order it should be. Cheers, Jorge

Dear list, I have used Epidata Manager to set up a data entry screen which contains a number of numerical variables. As I copied blocks of the fields, the end result is that the order of the fields (tab order) is not what I am expecting. Is there a way to modify the "tab" order of the fields?. Your assistance will be very helpful as it is about a large number of fields. Kind regards, Jorge

The tab order is determined by the position on the page, going left to right, top to bottom. The actual position (it's in pixels) can be adjusted by moving fields around. With the latest version, it is easy to align fields.

Hi Jorge.
If you think this is a bug in the program, can you please create a report in our bug-tracker and attach the project file.
It is a great help for me when i try to find out what could be the cause of this.
You can create a profile on the bugtracker if you do not already have one here: http://www.epidata.info/flyspray/
Kind regards, Torsten Bonde Christiansen. EpiData Association.
