Help: copying graphs/tables from Epidata into word
hello I am sure this has a simple answr but its quite annoying. Be sure to use the menu command Edit, Copy as HTML The shortcut key is Ctrl-Shift-C rather than just Ctrl-C This will paste into Word properly Sometimes I find it easier to copy a little extra above and below the table. Jamie

Simplest thing to do: - For tables: open the html results file, select the tables you want to copy, right chick + copy, then paste it into your word document. (Alternate way: right click on the html file, and select 'Edit' from the context-menu. The file is opened with Word.) - For graphs: All graphs are saved as separate files, under '.PNG' format.
From Word, select 'Insert' menu, then 'Image', 'From file', browse until you find it, and OK.
