At the moment EpiData does not run natively on Linux, however it is posible to run both Epidata Entry and Epidata Analysis using WINE under linux.

You may find the most recent version of WINE here: http://www.winehq.org/

Depending on what destribution of Linux you are using, it is however much easier to use the package manager to install WINE.
