Hi everyone,

We have two exciting Open House events coming up, and we’re looking for enthusiastic student volunteers to help represent our department!

🗓 Event Details:

* UM Open House for High School students: October 28 | 5:30 – 8:30 p.m. * Graduate Studies Open House: November 3 | 10:00am - 2:00pm

For the High School Open House, we’ll be running a Healthy Snack Bar, where visitors can choose from different nutritious snacks. We’d love to have a student volunteer who can chat with guests about the nutritional benefits of each item and share a bit about what studying Human Nutritional Sciences is like!

For the Graduate Studies Open House, we’re especially hoping to have a MAHN student volunteer who can share their experience and insights with undergraduate students considering graduate studies.

* Build your communication and leadership skills * Put your dietetic information into practice * Network with faculty, staff, and prospective students * Add valuable experience to your resume and future applications * Help inspire the next generation of nutrition students!
