Reminders: Weekly Timesheets & University Closure
Good Morning,
I just wanted to briefly introduce myself as some of you may not know me: My name is Tamara Friesen and I am the new Executive Assistant to the Associate Dean Undergraduate. I want to say thank you to everyone I have met thus far, you have all been very kind and welcoming. I am thrilled to working within the Faculty of Kinesiology and Recreation Management!
A few reminders as we enter November:
* Weekly Timesheets need to be submitted to krm-payroll@umanitoba.camailto:krm-payroll@umanitoba.ca by Thursday at noon. Also, if you have hours worked on Friday, please estimate how many hours you will be working. This is important to ensure that everyone is paid correctly and on time. * Monday November 11, 2024 is Remembrance Day, which results in the university being closed. Please do not work/submit hours for this day.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out. Thank you,

[fkrm_email_sig_logo] [https://mcusercontent.com/e76bfadee5c3425720d9714d1/images/b78e2351-6c02-ce7...] I acknowledge the University of Manitoba campuses are located on original lands of Anishinaabeg, Ininew, Anisininew, Dakota, and Dene peoples, and on the homeland of the Red River Métis. I respect the treaties that were made on these territories . Every person deserves a life of health, dignity, kindness, and joy. In the spirit and intent of the treaties, I promise to listen and learn, in harmony with and respect for each other and the land. I dedicate myself to move forward in partnership with First Nations, Métis, and Inuit in a spirit of reconciliation and collaboration.
