Dear CAHRI representatives, Thank you to those who participated in today's meeting (Adele Perry, Stefania Maggi, Penelope Simons, Shannonbrooke Murphy, Sandra Wisner, Melike Yilmaz and I). In terms of updates, we learned that the new CAHRI webpage should be ready by the end of SEPT or early OCT. We will continue to explore the option of becoming a part of the Federation of the Humanities and Social Sciences or the Law and Societies Association. Shannonbrooke and Penelope will prepare basic information to share with a view to pursuing the discussion. Since the Federation will not have a Congress in 2026, we discussed about possible alternatives (events) where we could meet in person and the upcoming Civil Society Forum to be hosted in Winnipeg in April 20-21, 2026, could be a good option. More information will be shared on the listserv in case more members would consider participating. We also reviewed the Terms of Reference and made some final edits.
