Le Centre de recherche et d'enseignement sur les droits de la personne (CREDP) de l'Université d'Ottawa et la Croix-Rouge canadienne sont à nouveau partenaires dans la création de la série spéciale d'apprentissage en ligne DIH MAINTENANT 2021 qui traitera des défis pressants du droit international humanitaire (DIH) tels que les situations au Yémen et en Éthiopie, la protection de l'environnement et le DIH ainsi que la violence sexuelle dans les conflits. La série comprendra également une session d'introduction au DIH et un panel sur les carrières dans le domaine.
Cette série de cours GRATUITS, d'une durée de 90 minutes chacun et qui seront offerts en français et en anglais, aura lieu du 31 mai au 4 juin 2021. Les présentations seront données par des universitaires, praticiens et experts canadiens et internationaux.

The Human Rights Research and Education Centre (HRREC) at the University of Ottawa and the Canadian Red Cross are once again partnering in the creation of the special IHL NOW 2021 e-learning series that will address pressing challenges issues in international humanitarian law (IHL) such as the situations in Yemen and Ethiopia, as well as environmental protection and IHL, and sexual violence in conflict. The series will also features an introductory session on IHL and a panel on careers in the domain.
This series of FREE courses, each 90 minutes long and offered in English and French, will take place from May 31 to June 4, 2021. Presentations will be given by leading Canadian and international scholars, practitioners and experts.
