Hi everyone,

We are about to run out of the 10 CC normal saline plastic ampules. We will pull the remaining supply from the ORs and replace with 10 cc sterile waters. The remaining stock will be placed in the med room where you can grab one if absolutely needed (example being for dilution of neuraxial medication). Please continue to use the normal saline mini bags as much as possible.

Hi Sheri and Jaime,

The Warehouse is currently out of stock of 10mL Sodium Chloride. MDR is also now out of stock. We have maybe around 2 days’ worth of supply left in our cupboard. I have not received any notification or info from Procurement as to what the contingency plan is, if there is one. Hopefully, we’ll receive more update tomorrow.
