[Lib-virtual-ref] VR shifts

Hello all,

I cannot do the following VR shifts and have been unable to switch within our unit.

Sept.1 at 10:00 - 11:00 Sept. 8 10:00-11:00.

I can do a swap, but only pick up shifts in November and December (not on Wednesdays, nor T-Th 9:30-11:30.)
